Immediate Reservation
Our reputation in the Australian property market means that we are able to secure most investments instantly with the developer. We allow investors to secure ANY property immediately with a minimal reservation fee of between £2000 > £5000 depending on the total value of the property.
If you change your mind.
Prior to legal contracts being prepared you will receive a full refund of your reservation fee if you do not wish to proceed for any reason. Once contracts are in place you will be charged a maximum 50% of your reservation fee in respect of the work carried out on your behalf. You will be under no legal or contractual obligation to proceed with your investment until your contract has been approved and signed in the presence of your advisor or Independent UK representative.
