Unlike many European countries, the Australian government puts a great deal of emphasis on making sure developers are of the right caliber. Together with our Australian research team we ensure that we only market projects by those with a strong proven track record in this area.
Contracts will vary with each project we undertake but we always maintain complete transparency along with a ‘Plain English’ policy that encourages our clients to ask any questions they wish about a particular development.
We do not promote any investment property we are not completely satisfied with and will always have at the indemnity clause offered in our contracts.
