While we always welcome new clients - we will not increase investment property availability if it does not meet our criteria and therefore usually any development will be sold on a first come first served basis, very often to existing or experienced investors keen to maximize their portfolio with what they know is limited availability.
We maintain complete transparency in all aspects of the the purchasing process including advice, financing, reservation of your propety to the completion of sale which is completed here in the UK.
